We’ll start with a short brainstorming and clarification stage to fully understand your idea, this part happens before any payment. After everything is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a quote. This payment covers the design work, labor, and the actual production of your custom piece, and is required before we begin. If the final size of your custom piece is known at this stage, shipping will be included in your quote. If the size isn’t known yet, shipping will be calculated once the design is finalized and paid separately before delivery. If you prefer not to pay for shipping, we also offer free local pickup.
