Payment & Checkout
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Wix’s secure, encrypted checkout system, making online payments simple and safe. All orders must be paid online at checkout to ensure your project is confirmed and added to our production queue. This keeps everything organized and allows us to prepare your order efficiently.

Custom & Special Orders
If you already have a 3D file ready, go to our Custom Order page. Open the Shop menu at the top, it’s the second‑last option. There you can upload your file and get a rough automatic estimate. If the estimate seems high, don’t worry, it’s still a work in progress. Send the quote request with your file and we’ll review it manually for an accurate price.
If you don’t have a file or you’re not sure what to create, use our Custom Order Form instead. It’s the last option under the Shop menu. Describe your idea and we’ll help you develop it, guide you through the process, and provide a proper estimate once we understand your project.

Materials & Durability
All standard prints are made using PLA, which is ideal for most display and light‑use applications. If your project requires something more durable, such as outdoor use or high‑wear conditions , we can offer stronger filament options upon request. These upgraded materials are available only for 3D prints, and we’ll help you choose the best option based on your needs.

For quick answers, you can start with the AI chat located in the bottom‑left corner of the website. It can help with common questions and guide you through most steps. If you still need assistance, you can reach us through the Contact form in the top menu, or simply type “talk with someone” in the AI chat and it will direct you to us.
