Lifts are returnable as long as they are unused and in their original condition. If your lift arrives damaged or with defective parts, we’ll replace it or issue a refund right away.

For all lift products, we offer exchanges if you accidentally ordered the wrong scale, as long as the item is still in its original condition. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong scale, we will correct it at no cost to you.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
